Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote Vision Travel's strategic supplier products to clients.
  • Plan and book customized itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Provide expert solutions to client travel-related problems, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of travel agency experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills and ability to maintain a favorable company image.
  • Proven pursuit of learning and self-development, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supporting management and staff, and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
