Duties and Responsibilities

As a General Manager for Scaddabush, you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for food, service, and financial management. You will also ensure training and proper supervision of team members and managers on all restaurant procedures, provide leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making in all areas, build and maintain a productive partnership with the chef, and understand and interpret P&Ls and other financial statements.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with 5 years of previous restaurant management experience, with approximately $4 million + in annual sales. You should be proficient in English verbal and written communication, comfortable using computers and learning new software, and able to manage sales goals, inventory, and cash. Smart Serve certification is also required.
