Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing gas path performance data to identify potential engine issues and providing technical support to customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to optimize engine maintenance and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze gas path performance data to identify premature engine deterioration and recommend maintenance in accordance with OEM-approved instructions.
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders on engine performance and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to recommend system improvements and validate new features.
  • Support the development of new products and services to enhance engine health monitoring capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and engine maintenance history.
  • Stay up-to-date with applicable OEM and engine model maintenance program requirements.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent aviation maintenance experience (A&P/AMT License) or related field.
  • Strong customer service experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Some travel may be required.
