About the Role

Cofomo is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and stability of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to various ad-hoc requests from our IT partners (support, threshold management, dashboard management, alert rule development, shared monitoring platform training, etc.)
  • Manage cross-platform monitoring tools
  • Ensure performance and stability
  • Manage obsolescence or perpetuity
  • Participate in POV/POC and positioning
  • Implement new tools and retire outdated ones
  • Ensure data and documentation conservation and updates for software installation and configuration
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement. Initiate the implementation of these changes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the field of technological infrastructure and monitoring in a multi-platform environment
  • Experience in monitoring and support management in a large server park (2000 servers and more)
  • Experience in administering monitoring products such as:
    • Microsoft SCOM
    • OpenText OBM and Sitescope (Microfocus/HP)
    • Splunk
    • Dynatrace (OneAgent and Synthetics)
  • Experience in:
    • ITOM Health (ServiceNow) administration
    • Windows Server or Unix (Linux) administration
    • Technical solution modeling (infrastructure, intergiciels, applicatif)
    • Scripting (powershell, bash, python and/or perl)
