Network Sales Director

Avenue Living Asset Management, Ltd. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Network Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing an inside sales and business development strategy to generate leads and drive sales of exempt market securities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate leads and drive sales of exempt market securities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through research, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate prospective clients on our offerings and the benefits of investing in exempt market securities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Stay informed of market trends and network with potential clients through industry events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is considered a strong asset.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian Mutual Fund or Exempt Market landscape and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
