About the Role

The Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the sales efforts for Bisha Hotel. This includes building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings. The successful candidate will promote awareness to corporate and incentive markets through travel to respective regions, providing presentations and personal sales calls. They will maintain communication and relationships with the NSO network, as well as other Loews hotels, to achieve pre-determined revenue goals. The Sales Manager will negotiate contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability while satisfying customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue expectations in line with the overall hotel budget.
  • Achieve annual goals as designated by the Director of Sales.
  • Maintain efficient and timely processing of paperwork, files, and reports.
  • Develop strong working relationships with hotel department heads and operational areas.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports of sales calls and marketing actions as requested by the Director of Sales or Manager.
  • Respond promptly to requests from the Director of Sales or Manager for reports and other assignments.
  • Actively prospect new business and secure repeat events.
  • Conduct site experiences and entertain potential and existing clients.
  • Attend networking functions and trade shows as needed to promote the hotel.
  • Develop and maintain an account base, as designated by the Director of Sales, to achieve hotel revenue goals.
  • Be responsible for and implement a sales action plan for the development of the designated market segments, including telephone/direct mail solicitation, personal call program, related sales trips, trade show participation, and entertainment.
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries and correspondence from clients, prospects, and lead referrals.
  • Execute sales calls and sales trips as designated.
  • Negotiate contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability while satisfying customer needs.
  • Be knowledgeable of local and national competitive hotels and marketing strategies.
  • Promote and sell to assigned markets in defined geographic regions or vertical segments.
  • Execute activities, including but not limited to sales calls, property tours, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
  • Develop and foster business (new and existing) through proactive direct sales.
  • Promote local awareness through maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify potential new customers; develop strategies for increasing sales or market share.
  • Adhere to all Loews Hotels booking guidelines.
  • Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain communication and relationships with the NSO Team.
  • Maintain communication and relationships with Loews Properties.
  • Support and promote all Loews Hotels Corporate programs to increase customer awareness.
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and guest relations skills.
  • A high degree of independent judgment and discretion in decision-making with minimal supervision.
