Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Strategist to join our Customer Success Management team. In this role, you will work closely with our Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to develop and implement tailored account strategies that drive long-term relationships and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successful Onboarding of New Users: Collaborate with our users to ensure they receive maximum value from our product and understand its features and benefits.
  • Supporting Pilot Opportunities: Work with our Account Executives and Account Managers to close pilots with new and existing customers and develop effective pilot strategies.
  • Using Data to Support Decision Making: Analyze client needs and create reports using key user metrics and/or client engagement data to inform business decisions.
  • Manage Internal Business Intelligence Tools: Support the GTM team in utilizing business intelligence tools such as Looker and Planhat, and optimize CS workflows using automation.
  • Monitoring User Health to Minimize Churn: Forecast and track key user metrics, prepare reports on user status, and identify users who require holistic strategies to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Acting as the Voice of Our Users: Advocate for user needs, act as a liaison between users and internal teams, and field inquiries to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Identify Opportunities for Process Improvement: Document, standardize, and optimize CSM processes to help our team scale and improve efficiency.
