The Digital Recruitment Strategist will oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building robust pipelines for IT professionals across various domains and industries.

Leverage tools such as social media, internal databases, job boards, and networking events to source and connect with both active and passive candidates.

Facilitate onboarding processes by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks and reference verifications, and negotiating contract terms.

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing client accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges to maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Account Management and Business Development:
Develop and expand a portfolio of accounts by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating terms, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Implement strategies to meet the hiring demands of high-profile clients while staying ahead of market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, account management, preferably in IT or technical domains.

Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
