Job Summary
Lundbeck A/S, H is seeking an experienced Market Access Strategist to develop market access and health economic strategies for pharmaceutical reimbursement. The successful candidate will lead the development of pricing and reimbursement strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with federal and provincial guidelines.

About the Role
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The Market Access Strategist will be responsible for:
  1. Developing market access and health economic strategies to support pharmaceutical reimbursement;
  2. Collaborating with field market access teams, medical advisors, and stakeholders to achieve reimbursement objectives;
  3. Managing internal and external resources to bring complex pricing and reimbursement projects to fruition;
  4. Analyzing data to inform pricing and reimbursement decisions;
  5. Developing engagement plans with federal, provincial, and private stakeholders.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences or equivalent, and a minimum of three years of experience in a similar position or commercial functions in the Canadian pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Bilingualism (French/English) is required. Key skills include:
  • • Strong knowledge of Canadian pharmaceutical reimbursement and pricing environment;
        • Experience in designing budget impact models and pharmacoeconomics;
        • Ability to manage internal and external resources;
        • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
        • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications.
