Market Access Lead Role

Lundbeck is seeking a highly skilled Market Access Lead to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our Market Access team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing market access strategies to support the reimbursement of our products with various public and private payers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market access strategies to optimize reimbursement and listing of our products with federal, provincial, and private payers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand teams, to ensure effective communication of reimbursement strategies.
  • Source and analyze data to inform negotiations with payers and optimize reimbursement.
  • Lead the development and adaptation of health economic models and budget impact analyses required for submissions to payers.
  • Liaise with the global team to adapt health economic models to support reimbursement strategies.
  • Work with the Market Access and Pricing Manager to develop annual pricing optimization plans for assigned portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position or commercial functions in the Canadian pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of Canadian pharmaceutical reimbursement and pricing environment, policies, and trends.
  • Ability to manage internal and external resources to bring complex pricing and reimbursement application projects to fruition.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to formulate and develop strategies that result in action.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required.
