Job Summary

Saskatchewan Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Reliability and flexibility.
  • Team player with excellent time management skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Language

The working language is English.

Hours of Work

The hours of work are 35 hours per week.
