Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd. as a Policy and Procedure Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

The working language of this position is English.

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position is 35 hours per week.
