Food Service Team Lead

Clairmont Gas and Grocery is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality food and service
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Coordinate with the chef to prepare food order summaries
- Supervise the assembly of food trays
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or supervisory role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
