Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Clairmont. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, supervising a team of 5-10 staff members.
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of experience in a food service establishment.
- Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-focused and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
