Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta, Ltd. o/a A&W Clairmont. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we meet our quality control standards.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
