Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta, Ltd. o/a A&W Clairmont. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment, and as a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a team-oriented setting, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met.
