Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta, Ltd. o/a A&W Clairmont. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment, fast food outlet, or concession.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
