J K A Services Inc is seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role. They will be willing to relocate and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. They will also assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget control.

Free parking is available, and the work term is permanent. The work language is English, and the hours are 30 to 40 per week.
