About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for providing warm and personalized greetings to our guests, assisting with luggage and valet parking, and providing exceptional service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide a warm welcome to the resort
  • Assist with luggage and valet parking
  • Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the resort and local area
  • Load luggage into cars for departing guests
  • Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Comfortable lifting and carrying 20+ pounds
  • Class 5 BC Driver's license REQUIRED
  • Excellent commitment to service

Schedule & Hours

We're a 24/7 operation, and we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
