The RoleThis position is responsible for supervising a team of couriers, optimizing mailroom operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of mail, working closely with the Corporate Services team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of 6.5 couriers and maintain a high-performing mailroom operation.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues and external partners.
- Optimize mailroom operations to ensure efficient and effective mail delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven supervisory experience and ability to mentor a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

Please note that this position requires:
- A Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
