We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Optical Team Lead to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited.

As an Optical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging. You will partner with our amazing team who work collaboratively in creating a brand that values quality and affordability.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service within a fun and dynamic environment
  • Employee scheduling and labour management
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with Head Office
  • Meet and exceed Optical sales targets
  • Providing optical training to staff
  • Taking measurements, fitting, adjusting, repairing, and dispensing eyeglasses, contact lenses, and specialty eyewear, based on province
  • Ordering and receiving product

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with provincially licensed experience within the jurisdiction and a minimum of 1-year Optical experience. Management experience is an asset, as well as knowledge of MS Office Suite.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
