Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Yukon Inc. This role is responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of reliability and dependability.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Daily Operations: Coordinate daily operations, including opening and distributing mail, arranging travel, and ordering office supplies.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases, managing spreadsheets, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
