Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is a Canadian-owned, award-winning organization dedicated to providing high-quality home and community-based healthcare services.

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Supervisor to lead our team of care providers in the Mississauga Office. The ideal candidate will be autonomous in managing day-to-day operations, supervising support workers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate services provided by the team to the community
  • Supervise and organize projects within the support workers team
  • Provide reliable and independent leadership while working collaboratively with colleagues
  • Solve problems effectively and deliver top-notch customer service

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN or RPN
  • Leadership experience in community care, particularly in the Mississauga, Halton, and Central West regions
  • Ability to drive and participate in supervisory client visits
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
