Job Title: Physiotherapist
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team at Closing the Gap Healthcare in Mississauga. As a vital member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing specialized physiotherapy care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes and within the community.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with a cross-discipline team to deliver high-quality patient care and provide rehabilitation support to individuals in need.
You will also be responsible for having vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check, and maintaining a valid Driver's License (G2/G) with a reliable insured vehicle if required.
A commitment to lifelong learning and sharing best practices is essential for this position.
