About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Client Service Director, Nursing to lead our client operations across our GTA Nursing Clinics and Halifax Personal Support Services. This role requires thought leadership in nursing activities throughout CTG.
Duties and Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior governance members to support operational service delivery and improve quality of service to clients.
- Represent CTG and develop relationships with leaders across health authorities and Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS) Leaders.
- Develop growth opportunities by identifying industry trends and market insights in home and community sectors.
- Promote CTG's vision of nursing practice and best-in-class client care through external stakeholder engagement.
- Lead research agenda to create advance quality client care services based on evidence-based practices for all nurses within CTG.
- Evaluate and assess nursing practice and client care to determine areas of improvement.
- Be subject matter expert in Infection Prevention and Control.
- Support, coach, and mentor others to succeed with change and establish tools for communicating and collaborating with direct care nurses.
- Provide clinical expertise across GTA Clinics when needed and demonstrate commitment to organizational goals through collaboration at all levels.
- Minimum 5 years in progressive leadership positions in healthcare or home and community environments.
- Minimum 3 years of operational experience managing expenses in relation to revenue.
- Completion of a Master's degree in Business or a health-related discipline is an asset.
- Experience in operational planning, development, and evaluation with ability to identify long-term strategies and goals.
- Knowledge of quality and risk management practices with commitment to continuous quality improvement and IPAC standards.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum.
