Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Client Service Supervisor to lead our team of care providers in Mississauga. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our services, supervising support workers, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position based in our Mississauga office, with regular travel required for supervisor client visits. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive the success of our organization, while maintaining a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of our services, including coordinating schedules and staff assignments.
- Supervise and develop a team of support workers, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- RN or RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, in good standing.
- Leadership experience in community care, preferably in Mississauga, Halton, and Central West regions.
- Able to drive and handle supervisory client visits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
