We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist/Administrator to join our dynamic team at TorontoJobs Recruitment Division.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming visitors, answering and directing calls, and responding to emails.
- Manage the front desk, including receiving and sorting mail, preparing bank deposits, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Prepare and execute mailings, both regular and courier, and ensure the boardroom is stocked and tidy.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Update calendars and schedules, and prepare the boardroom for meetings.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and ordering front office supplies.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with office equipment.
- Professional attitude and appearance, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer service attitude and high school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
