Office Receptionist/Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist/Administrator to join our dynamic team at TorontoJobs Recruitment Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming visitors, answering and directing calls, and responding to emails.
  • Manage the front desk, including receiving and sorting mail, preparing bank deposits, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Prepare and execute mailings, both regular and courier, and ensure the boardroom is stocked and tidy.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Update calendars and schedules, and prepare the boardroom for meetings.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and ordering front office supplies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with office equipment.
  • Professional attitude and appearance, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer service attitude and high school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
