About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Operations Manager to oversee our global payroll function. This role requires a strong understanding of international tax regulations, withholding procedures, and social security contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects of the global payroll process, including processing, compliance, reporting, and system administration.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maintain efficient and accurate payroll operations across diverse international jurisdictions.
  3. Stay current on evolving global payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure ongoing compliance.
Strategic Partnership & Expertise
  1. Collaborate with People Operations and other departments to ensure alignment of payroll processes with HR policies and company strategy.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  3. Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve overall efficiency.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearBenefits:
