Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Business Development and Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, launching new customer accounts, contributing to marketing efforts, and leading client satisfaction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Growth: Communicate with clients via email or phone, address customer service issues, analyze performance metrics, and set entrenchment targets.
  • Launch and Nurture Customer Accounts: Work directly with group sales and other CSMs to onboard new customers, manage day-to-day requests, and meet client retention goals.
  • Contribute to Marketing Efforts: Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, create training collateral, monitor usage and campaign metrics, and provide insightful analysis.
  • Lead Client Satisfaction Initiatives: Cultivate trust with clients through regular communication, assess client satisfaction, review account performance, and generate detailed reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Background in customer success, account management, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of meeting internal and external stakeholder demands.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office 365 and Teams, with experience working with project management and documentation management tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and build trust with clients.
  • Accountability: Self-motivated, results-driven individual who takes ownership of work and seeks opportunities for learning and growth.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Canada up to 20% of the time and work outside of business hours as needed.

What We Offer

As a Global Business Development and Partnership Manager at Venngo, you can expect a competitive salary of $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
