Digital Workforce Transformation Consultant Role

We are looking for a skilled Digital Workforce Transformation Consultant to join our rapidly growing team in Canada. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with cutting-edge HR technology and implement innovative solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process discussions, gather requirements, configure, and test the Dayforce system on various modules, including payroll, benefits, workforce management, core HR, performance, recruitment, and learning.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex HR technology and implementation concepts.
  • Deliver high-quality services by establishing clear goals and implementation plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables while monitoring progress and managing risk.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in advisory services capabilities and demonstrate technical and professional knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities by identifying ways to serve clients and building long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • A related bachelor's degree.
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in HCM system implementations, preferably with Dayforce experience.
  • Familiarity with HCM system configuration.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes and data.
  • Experience in participating and/or leading client discussions, including requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, and deployment support.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and find creative solutions.
  • Business analytical skills to anticipate client and management needs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
