About the Role:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the level of expertise required for the position.

In this exciting role, you will lead digital transformation initiatives across various departments, fostering innovation and collaboration. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that align with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a robust digital strategy, leveraging emerging technologies to drive growth and improvement.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Digital Innovation and Transformation:
    • Identify and champion cutting-edge technologies that can enhance the student experience, streamline administrative processes, and support teaching and research.
    • Drive the adoption of digital solutions, providing training and support to faculty, staff, and students as needed.
    • Collaborate with academic departments to develop and implement e-learning and digital content strategies.
  • Digital Infrastructure Management:
    • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our digital infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems and platforms.
    • Implement best practices for data management, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
  • Cybersecurity Oversight:
    • Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect our data, networks, and information systems from potential threats and breaches.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement of hardware, software, and IT services while maintaining quality and reliability.
