Role Overview:

As a Senior Financial Advisor at Scotiabank, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and personalized financial strategies to our customers. You will focus on building strong relationships with your clients, understanding their needs, and developing comprehensive plans to help them achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requirements
  • Educate customers on relevant insights and expert advice
  • Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals
  • Nurture long-standing relationships
  • Develop, retain, and grow the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships
  • A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies including day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
  • The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned to a customer's stated goals
  • A Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma
