Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Field Sales Leader to drive sales growth in SW London and Surrey, working closely with our Route to Market partners.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for managing key customer accounts to ensure retention and organic growth, through regular visits and development of joint business plans at outlet level.
- Maintain the account database for a specified territory within our CRM system, producing regular reports for Regional Sales Manager & Director Of Sales.
- Build strong relationships with Route to Market partners, developing customer activity plans in line with the channel requirements in conjunction with National Account team.
- Work closely with the CDE sales team to ensure appropriate activations are delivered in line with agreed joint business plans.
- Assist with the training & development of the CDE sales team to ensure brands are developed in line with our brand policy.
- Monitor and evaluate activity, sharing best practice within the Field Sales and wider Asahi UK account team.
About You:
- You have a proven sales record within major FMCG or drinks company, with strong account management experience.
- You can demonstrate a track record of delivering and managing multiple key projects simultaneously.
- You possess structured selling skills, adapted to a premium environment, with an understanding of brand plans at Point of Purchase.
Requirements:
- You must have worked with Premium brands, articulating the benefits of the 'Premium' sector.
- You understand the value of building a portfolio.
- Relocation may be required for career progression.
