Job Overview

This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through effective territory management, account planning, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
Benefits
