Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Clearwater Convenience Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and leading a team of kitchen staff to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, food service staff, and kitchen helpers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Operations and Logistics
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure timely ordering and inventory management.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service and Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance to inform business decisions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize restaurant operations.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Physically demanding, with attention to detail required.
