Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Clearwater Convenience Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Work with our culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the right stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
