Bar Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bar Service Manager to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange the bar area to create an inviting atmosphere and showcase our extensive beverage selection.
- Organize the operations of our cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring efficient service and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
- Advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink pairings.
- Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Collect payments and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
- Store and manage beverage and food products, maintaining inventory and controlling stock levels.
- Order bar stock and maintain inventory, ensuring we always have a well-stocked bar.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe environment.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
As a Bar Service Manager at Paddy's Oneil's, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
