Bar Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Bar Service Professional to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays
- Organize the operations of our cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems
- Advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink pairings
- Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff, ensuring a high level of service
- Collect payments and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
- Store and maintain inventory of beverages and food products
- Order bar stock and manage inventory levels
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer
As a Bar Service Professional, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to work a permanent schedule with 32.5 hours per week, and will be expected to communicate effectively in English.
