About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bar Service Manager to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Operations: Organize and maintain a clean and attractive bar area, including the draft beer system and glassware.
  • Customer Service: Provide recommendations on drink selections, advise on wine choices, and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock.
Work Environment

As a Bar Service Manager at Paddy's Oneil's, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a permanent schedule. You will be required to work 32.5 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
