Bar Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bar Service Manager to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange the bar area to create an inviting atmosphere and showcase our extensive beverage selection.
- Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Provide expert recommendations on drink selections and wine pairings to enhance our customers' experience.
- Operate the cash register and manage cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Store and maintain inventory of beverages and food products, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Order bar stock and maintain control of inventory, adhering to provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
As a Bar Service Manager at Paddy's Oneil's, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to multitask, think on your feet, and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure setting.
