We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange the bar area to create an attractive and inviting atmosphere
- Organize the operations of our cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems
- Advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink choices
- Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff to ensure excellent service standards
- Collect payments and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
- Store and manage beverage and food products, including ordering and inventory control
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer
As a Bar Attendant at Paddy's Oneil's, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering a memorable experience for our patrons.
Requirements- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including beer kegs and cases
