Bar Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays
- Organize the operations of our cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning the draft beer system
- Advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink choices
- Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff members
- Collect payments and operate the cash register
- Store and manage beverage and food products, including ordering stock and maintaining inventory
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options
This is a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic setting.
Requirements- Permanent full-time position
- 32.5 hours per week
