Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of credit reporting data received from our suppliers.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve data quality issues and provide timely support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with data suppliers to ensure compliance with reporting standards.
  • Provide online training and support to customers, and analyze feedback to inform process improvements.
  • Generate and provide cumulative reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage and address incoming correspondence, and review files containing financial data.
  • Identify operational redundancies and gaps in standard operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on interdepartmental projects and assist with data acquisition tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Analyze output data and provide quality assurance and production feedback to team members.
