Hospitality Supervisor with Culinary Expertise

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Quiznos Sub. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Cost Control: Prepare budget and cost estimates, manage inventory, and optimize menu offerings to maximize profitability.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure prompt resolution, and maintain a positive reputation for our brand.
- Hiring and Training: Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, provide training and development opportunities, and foster a culture of excellence within the team.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming work environment for all employees, including those from diverse backgrounds, ages, and abilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required; post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field is an asset.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry is required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work well under pressure, knowledge of food safety and handling practices, and basic math skills.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
