As a key member of the Cut Rite Meats & Deli Ltd team, the Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to kitchen staff, promoting a safe and efficient food preparation environment.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Staff Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques, promoting excellent customer service standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Supervise kitchen operations to ensure seamless food preparation and service, meeting the demands of our busy deli.
