Job Title: Hospitality Server

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Server to join our team at Bluebell Eatery. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments accurately and promptly.
  • Offer menu recommendations and describe daily specials to guests, promoting our culinary offerings.
  • Clean and maintain tables, trays, and chairs to high standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all patrons.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and handling up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) of weight.
  • A permanent position offering 30-40 hours of work per week, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Estimated Salary: $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.
