This is a key role within Komatsu that will provide EHS support to various regions, manage EHS documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, lead incident investigations, and oversee environmental compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement EHS strategies and procedures
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance
  3. Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions
  4. Participate in emergency response planning and training
  5. Communicate EHS policies and procedures to employees

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in EHS roles within the mining, construction, and industrial sectors
  • OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY CERTIFICATE REQUIRED
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
