We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients.

You will be responsible for providing medical care and support to clients, including on-site medical assessments, triage, and treatment of work-related injuries. In addition, you will be responsible for managing disability cases, conducting health surveillance screenings, and evaluating workers' abilities to perform job tasks.

**Responsibilities**

  • Providing on-site medical assessments and treatment of work-related injuries
  • Managing disability cases, including absence management activities and workplace accommodations
  • Conducting health surveillance screenings, including pre-employment medical evaluations and specimen collection
  • Evaluating workers' abilities to perform job tasks and making recommendations for modifications or restrictions
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of occupational health services

**Requirements**

  • Current registration (or eligibility to register) with the relevant provincial regulatory body
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a PCP
  • Commitment to delivering the highest standard in patient care and client experience
  • Ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite
