CASA Mental Health Classrooms are a new model for school-based mental health service, bridging the gap between mental health and educational needs. As a Mental Health Therapist with CASA, you will work in partnership with government, community partners, and school divisions to deliver high-quality, trauma-focused mental health therapies to children, teens, and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the CASA team and external supports to provide individualized therapy sessions
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, design treatment plans, and implement multi-modality therapies
  • Provide specialized parenting skills training for caregivers of children with exceptional needs
  • Develop and maintain accurate case records and communicate effectively with stakeholders

We seek an experienced professional with a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or occupational therapy, and active registration with Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW), College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP), or Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT). A minimum of two years of clinical practice in child and family mental health and/or youth addictions is required.
