RV Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As an RV Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and courteously, listen to their needs, and provide clear and concise information about repair and maintenance services.
- Service Coordination: Schedule appointments, communicate with service technicians, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Sales and Upselling: Offer recommended services and products to customers, using a consultative approach to ensure that they receive the best value for their money.
- Estimates and Invoicing: Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs, and ensure that all invoices are accurate and complete.
- Quality Control: Inspect repair quality, ensure that all work is complete, and notify customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalency degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in a service-related position is preferred, but not necessary.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
